Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Introduction

Spear Crest Digital (“Spear Crest Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.spearcrestdigital.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our services, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to the Site and to information we collect through email, phone, text message, and the forms on our Site. It does not apply to the websites, ads, or Google Business Profiles we manage on behalf of our clients. Those are governed by each client’s own privacy practices.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information you provide to us

When you fill out a contact form, request a free audit, request a quote, schedule a call, sign up for emails, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect:

  • Your name and company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business website address and the services you are interested in
  • Anything else you choose to include in a message, form, email, phone call, or text

If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver our services and bill you, such as billing details, account access you grant us for platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile, and details about your business and marketing goals.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and approximate location (city or region)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and the site or ad that referred you to us
  • Date and time of your visit

This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.

Call and chat information

If you call a phone number listed on the Site, our call tracking provider may record the number you called from, the date and time of the call, and the ad or web page that led to the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If calls are recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call.

If you use a chat feature on the Site, we collect the contents of the conversation along with any contact details you share.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to run our business and serve you. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and audit requests
  • Schedule and hold calls or meetings you request
  • Provide, manage, and bill for our services if you become a client
  • Send you information about our services, industry tips, and company updates when you have asked to receive them
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • Measure the performance of our own advertising and show you relevant ads on other platforms
  • Protect the Site and our business from fraud, abuse, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the personal information of our clients’ customers for our own marketing.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help the Site work and help us understand how it is used. We use the following types:

  • Essential cookies, which are needed for the Site to function, such as remembering a form you started.
  • Analytics cookies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which tell us how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics may collect your IP address, device information, and browsing activity on the Site. You can learn how Google uses this data and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels, including Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, which let us measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and show our ads to people who have visited the Site. These providers may link your activity on the Site to their own records about you.
  • Call tracking and chat tools, which may set cookies to match a phone call or chat session to the ad or web page that brought you to the Site.

Your options. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you do, parts of the Site may not work as intended. You can also manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings, your Meta ad preferences, and the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals because there is no common standard for them.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:

  • Service providers. We work with companies that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, form and email tools, scheduling software, customer relationship management (CRM) software, call tracking, chat, payment processing, and analytics and advertising platforms. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Google and Meta receive information collected through their cookies and pixels, as described above, and use it under their own privacy policies.
  • Team members and contractors. Members of the Spear Crest Digital team, including independent contractors who work on your account, may access your information to serve you.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If Spear Crest Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.
  • With your consent. We may share your information for any other purpose you agree to, such as a client testimonial or case study.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text Messaging (SMS) Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Spear Crest Digital. These messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, updates about your account or services, and occasional information about our services.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message or email us at info@spearcrestdigital.com.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from Spear Crest Digital. We will not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Retention and Security

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Inquiry and lead information is generally kept for as long as we may reasonably follow up with you. Client records are kept for the length of our relationship and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of each platform.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including secure hosting, access controls, and password protection on the tools we use. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your Choices and Rights

You are in control of how we communicate with you and what we keep.

  • Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and ask to be removed. We may still send you non-marketing messages about an active inquiry or account.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message.
  • Cookies and ads. Use the browser and ad platform controls described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@spearcrestdigital.com with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days. We may keep certain information where the law requires it or where we need it to complete a transaction or defend a legal claim.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To the extent that advertising cookies on the Site are considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under those laws, you can opt out using the cookie and ad controls described above or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you are located outside the United States, please note that the Site is operated in the United States and your information will be stored and processed here.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites, including Google, Meta, review platforms, and our clients’ websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
