Spear Crest Digital Wraps Up the 2026 Dumpster Expo
A Weekend Worth Remembering in Fort Worth
The 2026 Dumpster Expo is in the books, and for the Spear Crest Digital team, it was one of the best events we have ever attended. On September 25 and 26, dumpster rental and junk removal operators from across the country gathered at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth for the fourth annual Dumpster Expo. We came home with full notebooks, stronger client relationships, and a long list of new partners.
Hosted by Josh Roman and American AF Dumpsters, with Keystone Waste Solutions as the presenting partner, the Expo has quickly become the event for anyone serious about growing in the waste industry. Last year it drew more than 500 attendees from 40 states, and the energy this year felt even bigger. Because our agency focuses on SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile management, and video for dumpster rental and junk removal companies, there is no better room for us to be in. Here is a look back at our weekend.
Riding in a NASCAR at Texas Motor Speedway
Let’s start with the highlight that nobody on our team will stop talking about: I got to ride in a NASCAR. When your industry expo is held at one of the most famous tracks in the country, you take every chance you get to experience it the right way.
Strapping into a race car and feeling it pull around the banked turns at Texas Motor Speedway was unforgettable. The noise, the speed, and the sheer force of it are impossible to describe until you feel them for yourself. With my background in automotive and as a Marine, I have been around plenty of horsepower, but nothing quite compares to that.
There was a business lesson tucked in there too. Racing teams win on preparation, data, and split second adjustments. The same is true for the operators we work with. The companies that track their numbers, adjust quickly, and commit fully are the ones that end up in the lead.
Learning From Every Speaker
As much fun as the track was, we came to Fort Worth to learn, and the speaker lineup delivered. Keynotes from Richard Rawlings of Gas Monkey Garage and Mike Andes of Augusta Lawn Care brought real world lessons on building a brand, scaling a service business, and leading a team through growth.
We also spent time in the breakout sessions, fleet owner roundtables, and Broker Connect. Every conversation gave us a clearer picture of what operators are facing right now:
- Rising competition in local markets and higher costs per lead
- The growing importance of reviews and a strong Google Business Profile
- The need for marketing that produces booked jobs, not just clicks
- Hiring, operations, and systems that keep up with growth
We took notes on all of it. Those insights are already shaping how we plan campaigns, structure reporting, and advise our clients heading into 2027.
Face Time With More Than 20 Current Clients
One of the best parts of the Expo is the chance to sit down in person with the people we work for every day. This year we met with more than 20 of our current clients, and those conversations were worth the trip on their own.
Phone calls and monthly reports are great, but nothing replaces shaking hands and talking shop face to face. We heard what is working in their markets, where they want to expand, and what goals they have for next season. Several clients shared plans for new service areas and added fleet capacity, which gave us a head start on the SEO and ads strategy to support that growth.
To every client who made time for us between sessions: thank you. Your trust is the reason Spear Crest Digital exists, and we left Fort Worth more motivated than ever to keep your phones ringing.
Welcoming 15 New Clients to the Spear Crest Family
The Expo was also a big weekend for growth on our side. We signed 15 new clients, and we could not be more excited to get to work for them.
Each of these new partners came to us with the same core goal: more calls, more booked jobs, and a stronger presence in their local market. Whether it is ranking higher in organic search, getting more out of Google Ads, or turning a Google Business Profile into a steady source of leads, our team is ready to help.
Onboarding is already underway. Our team is completing account audits, setting up tracking, and building strategies tailored to each market. To our newest clients: welcome aboard. We are glad you chose us, and we look forward to showing you what focused, industry specific marketing can do.
Bringing Video to the Conversation
One topic came up again and again at our booth and in the hallways: video. Operators know that customers want to see the trucks, the crew, and the people behind the business before they pick up the phone.
That is exactly why we have been expanding Spear Crest Digital Video Services. With a dedicated videographer on our team and a professional studio being built out, we create content made for this industry: commercials, social clips, YouTube videos, and footage for websites and Google Business Profiles. Because we already manage SEO, Ads, and GBP for our clients, every video we produce is planned to support the rest of their marketing.
Packages are custom built around each company’s goals and scope. If you talked with us about video at the Expo, or wish you had, reach out and we will put a plan together.
We Can’t Wait to Go Back Next Year
Looking back on the weekend, it is hard to pick a favorite moment. Riding in a NASCAR, learning from leaders who have built something special, catching up with the clients who keep us going, and welcoming 15 new partners all made the 2026 Dumpster Expo one to remember.
A huge thank you to Josh Roman, the American AF Dumpsters team, Keystone Waste Solutions, and every sponsor and volunteer who made the event possible. It is also good to see the Expo giving back through its charity auction for Folds of Honor, and Keystone presenting a check to our partners at Heart of A Helper. These are both causes that mean a lot to us as a veteran owned business and a friend of Daniel Stanton.
We are already counting down to next year. The 2027 venue and dates have not been announced yet, but you can sign up for first access at dumpsterexpo.com. Spear Crest Digital will be there, and we cannot wait to go back. If you see us, come say hello. We would love to talk about how to grow your business.
